Hi Honey is an exclusive range of 100% pure South African honey infused with natural organics like Cinnamon, Ginger, Turmeric, Rooibos and more. Their honey is sourced from bee farmers in the Western Cape and is carefully infused at a low temperatures in Montagu by Church Street Jams at their HACCP and ISO22000 facility. Heat is not used during the extraction process but rather a centrifugal process (spinning) and so the honey is therefore regarded as 100% raw honey. Hi infusions contain honey derived from Cape Wildflowers, Fynbos and Bluegum and they support sustainable bee farming.
