Great product - helps with restless legs and muscle aches. Does leave a sticky residue but can be solved by adding a dash of talcum powder

Works really well when you just have time for a quick spritz as opposed to rubbing in the lotion. It absorbs well and is very effective for cramps and aches.

This magnesium spray has been such a game-changer for my running. I use it daily on my chronic calf muscle spasms and it has made my running so much more comfortable! I honestly can't believe how amazing it is. I highly recommend it!

Excellent product, works very well to prevent cramps and great pain relief! Not as sticky as the Gaia Mag spray and has a pleasant fragrance. Wll definitely purchase again.
