Directions:
- Mix 1 level tablespoon with water or juice and thoroughly mix in a blender, shaker or with a fork for 20-30 seconds until fully dissolved.
Care Instructions:
- Keep in a jar with the lid tightly closed.
- Store in a dry place out of direct sunlight

I love this creamer! My coffee tastes great. I haven’t seen a difference in my skin quality but my hair and nails are looking awesome plus my old knee injury doesn’t bother me anymore after a workout
We loved this product in our breakfast smoothies. Helps to 'go all day' and my husband said he could literally feel the pain leave his legs within minutes of drinking it. He suffer from ulcerative colitis and low level pain is one of the things that he always struggles with
I enjoyed having this in my morning coffee. I didn't pick up any noticeable effects after just one jar and am sure that collagen would require continuous use, but did enjoy the texture and taste.
I haven't missed milk in my coffee since I started using the creamer. Delicious taste, great quality product, and the benefits are endless. Highly recommend this product
I love this creamer as a delicious alternative to milk in coffee, combined with my daily dose of collagen for a keto kickstart every morning! 3 solutions in one product is a big win!
Just a word of warning- it is best to start with less than the recommended 2 tablespoons and work up to that amount if you want to avoid explosive diarrhea. I think there should be a warning on the product- I only realised this wa the cause after googling mct oil.
