How It Works: The main active compounds in lion's mane are called hericenones and erinacines. Hericenones help your brain produce Nerve Growth Factor. Erinacines cross the blood-brain barrier to boost the production of neurons.
Directions:
- Take one (1) to three (3) capsules in divided doses during the day, or as directed by your health care provider.
Warnings & Precautions:
- Sfera Lion’s Mane Extract can have side effects. Gastrointestinal disturbances are the most common side effects. Sfera Lion’s Mane Extract may cause skin itching.
- Do not take Sfera Lion’s Mane Extract if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to mushrooms.

Definately feel more focused after using this. Doesn't make you feel totally different but I find it easier to focus on work tasks.

Been using for a while and I take a lot of supplements, but I do like the brand. They also supplied useful information about the product.
Bought this for a family member who is struggling with severe short term memory problems. After a month, it has markedly improved (very few repeated questions after a minute or two) and after 2 months with my last visit, only single repeated questions during my visit of 2 days. It does take time to work depending on the degree of damage that needs to heal, but I consider it a wonderful product as his memory issues has been worsening consistently over the years and these past months have been an improvement.
