Sally-Ann Creed’s Methyl Sulphonyl Methane (MSM) is an odourless, white crystal with a slightly bitter taste. MSM helps to ensure the proper function of various bodily functions, including healthy skin, hair, and nails. MSM can also be used for treatment of allergies, asthma, parasites, digestive disorders, arthritis, muscle soreness, and cramps.

• Sulphur is essential for the synthesis of collagen, immunoglobulin, and various enzymes

Directions:
