Took a bit of a chance on this one as was not sure how it may affect me so was very pleasantly surprised to find it gave me nice deep refreshing sleep, no side effects, very effective, works excellently.

I wished this worked but it was a terrible experience. I took 1 tablet, not 2, on non consecutive nights. Both nights were awful. The first night I took it as I went to bed, it increased my heart rate and I was restless and only fell properly asleep after 2am. The second night I took it about 90 minute's before I went to sleep. I still couldn't get to sleep before 2am but I was less restless. This was different to other nights when I struggled to get to sleep, so I can say it was the pill. I am not sure what 2 pills would have done. There is no package insert so you have no idea on when to dose. I bought these on a whim, I really struggle to get more than about 5 hours sleep a night as it takes me about 2.5 hours to fall asleep. It was an expensive lesson that very few of these sleep aids actually work. I like this brand so do not want to put people off from trying this. Everyone is different, and you have to find what works for you and maybe this will.
