Superb for making gf pizza bases! Simply mix a cup of flour with a teaspoon of baking powder, mix in a cup of Greek yoghurt and knead. Roll out and bake at 180’ for 10-12 minutes . Then add your toppings and pop under the grill to melt the cheese.

My husband is gluten-intolerant and we struggled at first to find a flour that worked. This is the perfect wheat-flour replacement, we use it for pizza bases, pastry, pasta etc and it always works!

The best all round gluten-free flour! I use it for pizza bases, sweet and savoury pastry, sauces, flatbread and it always works. It is our staple!

Great product, awesome substitute for flour - there is not a recipe that I don't try now that I've found Health Connection's GF Flour mix.

Let’s be honest, nothing is going to taste as good as the real deal, but this is the best alternative I’ve used. I made white sauce with it. A little goopy because of the xantham gum, but otherwise worked really well.
