Well if it isn’t the only products that calms my adhd down. I use to suffer from lack of sleep night before test or exam because my brain wouldn’t quite down. I no longer suffer from all that. I rest properly and wake up energetic. So happy to be part of the ftn family.
Works really well for both calming before sleep and during the day and for stressful days/events.
I take in the morning and it really helps to keep me calm and things don’t get to me as much. Take it every night about 2 hours before bed to also settle down before sleep and have a better night sleep with it.
Wonderful for a calm mind and relaxed body.
Can't go without! Huge improvement in sleep, brainfog, focus! Wonderful product!
I drink this in the evening and it definitely improved my sleep (duration and falling back to sleep after waking up at 3 am), even while on prescription drugs that are known to be detrimental to sleep. I hoped it would also do something for Tinnitus, but so far, unfortunately, NO.
