Suggest Use: for 3% strength (30ml to 1000ml’s or 15ml’s to 500ml water in a hand-pump atomizer) include: sterilisation and chemical detoxification of fruit and vegetables, crockery, cutlery, chopping boards and kitchen sinks and household surfaces followed by rinsing, however fruits and vegetables, should be rinsed within 3-5 minutes.
Warning:
- Never consume in an incorrectly diluted state.
- Avoid all and any direct contact with the eyes.
- Avoid direct contact with the skin if in an undiluted form.
- In the event of contact with the eyes continuously & thoroughly rinse the eyes and immediately consult your doctor.

Be careful of the information that you read on the internet. There is mass censorship across the board from Zuckerberg and his cronies. Big Pharma and major food corporations ALWAYS want us sick...thats how they ensure that we remain hooked on their shyte synthetic meds and sugar-laden foods...of course there is never any healing...we are brainwashed into believing that there isn't ever any healing and have to remain on their meds for the rest of our lives ! LIES, LIES and MORE LIES ! The human body is super intelligent and when provided with the correct tools and listening to our bodies, it'll continue to strive for healing and balance. These big corporations will mislead and do ANYTHING to ensure that their multi billion dollar industry is not rocked for anything or anyone ! Hydrogen peroxide when used correctly is a powerhouse in and of itself. There are many alternative therapies and herbs that can be found in our back garden that offer healing and a sense of wellbeing. Guess who will ensure that we move away as far as possible from these natural therapies in pursuit of protecting their industry. Our great grandparents didn't have all the ailments and sicknesses we have nowadays. They lived more closely in harmony and respect of mother nature and used what she provided when available. We ALL need to go back to nature, question mainstream media more critically and take back responsibility for our own health. REAL science is there to those who seek it. FAKE MEDIA and FAKE SCIENCE should have no place in our world !!
I purchased this to help with digestive issues, but then did quite a bit of research on the internal consumption of hydrogen peroxide. After reading about it, I decided against using it internally because there's very mixed reviews about it's safety. It would have been nice if FTN had written something about this in the product review. I wouldn't have purchased it had I known it was so controversial. Be sure to do your homework before deciding to use this product. I now use it as a toilet cleaner just to use it up.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning consumers not to purchase or to use high-strength hydrogen peroxide products, including a product marketed as "35 Percent Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide," for medicinal purposes because they can cause serious harm or death when ingested. FDA recommends that consumers who are currently using high-strength hydrogen peroxide stop immediately and consult their health care provider (https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2006/07/060730134156.htm).
A good product and have been using it for a week. I am already getting positive comments. good for whitening teeth. Am taking it for a chronic viral infection and will give another review when I complete the therapy
