Directions for Use
Adults and children aged 16 years and older:

• For the first 5 days, take 2 capsules 1 hour before bed.
• Thereafter, take 1 to 2 capsules 1 hour before bed as needed.
• Do not take more than 2 capsules in a 24-hour period.

Storage Instructions

• Store at or below 25°C and protect from light and moisture.
• Keep in the outer carton until required for use.
