Directions:
- Shake well before use.
- Take as is or mix into a small amount of juice or warm water.
- Maintenance: Take ½ teaspoon once daily.

I've only just started using this oil and i already feel a difference. I can't put my finger on it, but in general I just feel better.
My husband and I take this daily, and double up when we feel under the weather. It just works!
I used it the oil combination in Capsules but find the 200ml volume best value for money. Personally find the strong taste of the oregano oil authentic and welcome under the tung leaving a strange sense of refreshment.
