Directions:

Thoroughly brush twice a day or as recommended by a dentist.

I’ve tried a lot of natural toothpastes and this one is the best so far (within my budget too!). Fresh taste, clean teeth.

Affordable non-fluoride-containing toothpaste with a mild minty taste. The consitency is a little bit runny (but it might just be due to the extreme hot temperatures we experience in the Western Cape currently). I love to stock up on this whenever it is sold at a discounted price.

Lovely and effective. It doesn't burn like most toothpastes so it seems less thorough but it's definitely longer lasting. In the morning my mouth doesn't feel like a rubbish dump.

I like that it's floured free and minty but the consistency is very runny and I have to use a lot for my mouth to feel properly clean, as it doesn't really foam.
