Good product, nice price, but impossible to swallow. The tablet is not coated and has sharp edges. Maybe have a look at the design?
Good value for daily magnesium supplement. If you break the scored pill in half, it is much easier to swallow.
Value for money is good. the elemental MG is whats important and this is high enough. not crazy about the size of the pill...
Works great for restless legs especially after taking it regularly for a few days. The pills are very easy to break in half and then are much easier to swallow.
