Great organic product and convenient size and packaging

I've purchased Ceylon cinnamon from a different brand previously (we use slot of cinnamon!), and unfortunately this does not look or taste like what I would expect from Ceylon cinnamon. It has quite a course texture, unlike the other brands' fine texture. It also hardly has any taste. Not sure if it's an old batch, but I cannot recommend this at all.
